Solar Heating will not be enough

Although you may be able to heat water to between 100 and 120⁰F even during cloudy fall days and to much more during sunny days in even if winter. Both active and passive solar water-heating systems often require more “conventional” water heaters as backups, or the solar systems function as pre-heaters for conventional units.

Tankless, Instant or Demand Hot Water

Demand hot water heaters are fuelled with petroleum products (propane and natural gas). This product can however save a substantial amount of energy especially when coupled with a solar hot water heater. Bosch and Takagi tankless hot water heaters provide a very efficient method of heating your hot water.
